From the findings, SayleGroup recommended a robust Risk Management Protocol, customized to the Port. Utilizing its extensive marine expertise, SayleGroup created a site-specific Risk Management process for the Port.

As an extension of this project, SayleGroup implemented its digital risk assessment tool, Inspectify, to transform paper-based field assessments and inspections into customized and streamlined workflows for mobile devices.
