As proud signatories to the Nova Scotia Health & Safety Charter, SayleGroup was excited to attend the inaugural Nova Scotia Health and Safety Leadership Conference on November 09, 2016. Our team was thrilled to hear that the major initiative was “Mental Health in the Workplace”. Our Safety Culture movement online course integrates both physical safety and mental health, to ensure everyone gets to go to work, do their job well, and get home safe.
Our goal is to reduce incident rates and costs, and improve productivity and workplace mental health, across Canada. Together, we can make this happen as a success story starting in Nova Scotia.
